Homeownership
Garner, Iowa
Five bedroom, two bathroom ranch style home completed in July of 2020.
This home was sponsored by the sales generated in the ReStore, as well as generous donations from the City of Garner, Winnebago Industries, Iowa Mold Tooling, Midwest Construction, Crown Point Builders, and Grieman Construction.
We are currently working to recycle two homes in Mason City with a third to be completed in Mason City next year.

Home Repair
Northwood, Iowa
Porch demolition and rebuilding was completed in the fall of 2019. Still to come is the demolition and pouring of a new sidewalk.
This Home Repair was completed for a family of three who live in their own home in Northwood, Iowa. Both parents have mobility issues and one is legally blind.

Modular Ramps
Thompson, Iowa
A ramp was installed at the home of this family in June of 2019 so that the homeowner had some independence after many falls attempting to get in and out of the house.
